  • A proven and very powerful, (yet never talked-about) prospecting method that will have potential personal enrollees asking you about joining your Melaleuca organization instead of the other way around.
  • The one, simple reason why the Melaleuca products (Renew lotion, Envia shampoo, Nicole Miller cosmetics) will never "sell themselves," despite what your upline is telling you.
  • Why selling to your friends, family, and "warm-market" to accrue product points is NOT a realistic, long-term, explosive business building method.

MLM Melaleuca Reps “Get Away” With Multiple MLM’s

MLM MelaleucaYou might be wondering to yourself, “Can I really sell more than just MLM Melaleuca products?”

Or maybe you’ve had this thought cross your mind once or twice,”Can I really get away with running two mlm businesses simultaneously?”

My answer would be yes, you certainly can!

First of all let’s consider would it even make sense to have more than one opportunity and could this present a challenge for you?

Depending on your product and services with Melaleuca it may make perfect sense…. especially if you have two product lines that wonderfully compliment each other.

I’ve heard time and time again the big scary threats companies exert on their distributors regarding their ability to represent more than one MLM company.

It’s really almost laughable. Could Melaleuca incorporated legitimately haul you into court because they found out, (horror of horrors) that you sell more than just their “stuff?” But let’s suppose they really can legitimately knock you out of their company because of your involvement with another mlm.

Then you might want to consider providing services that fall out of the scope of network marketing. I would recommend you take a serious look at affiliate marketing. There are literally thousands and thousands of affiliate programs. An affiliate program is simply a referral system. It’s when you refer someone to a product or service and that company pays you a commission for that referral. The type of payouts and structure of affiliates range from A-Z.

The point is you can legitimately refer someone to another product, make money and not get accused of (God forbid) doing another mlm.

So back to doing more than one mlm, here you are in Melaleuca and it turns out your spouse is in another network marketing company that sells a service totally opposite of yours and yet one that could very legitimately meet other needs your prospect/customer has.

Let’s think of McDonald’s again for a moment.

McDonalds has been known as a hamburger franchise for how many years now…forty at least. And what’s the latest product they came out with??!!! Home entertainment for crying out loud!! How unrelated is that?! Here the customer comes through their door wanting food and they send them on their way with a DVD in tow.

It’s smart business.

They want to best capitalize on that customer’s time in their store. And one way is to provide their entertainment needs.

They get it.

Do you?

How could you legitimately get away with that type of model and not mess up with Melaleuca’s policies and procedures?

Positioning.

Position yourself with your own web presence that leads with “YOU” rather than Melaleuca replicated website. Now you know how “canned” company websites look like. There’s no presence for you to really present yourself in the way you would like.

Now let’s be fair. Melaleuca legitimately doesn’t want their company name on independent websites. And they’ve got every legal reason for not wanting people to misrepresent them.

Fair enough.

But let’s think a little further about this. It really ends up being in the best interest of you, the distributor as well as the company you represent, to not have their name in your web page.

Instead you need to project more about “YOU” and how “YOU” can effectively service other people’s needs. You can describe Melaleuca’s products and services without disclosing their name. You’ll need to be creative to find new ways in order to do this.

You can do that by providing good quality educational information that has value for your prospect. An example might be to offer a special report on how household products can lead to cancer. By leading with this type of info you position yourself to get their contact info in exchange for some valuable information.

By doing this style of marketing you have the option to provide more to your customers that just Melaleuca products. If you do add any other products or services you’ve got to be sure you are still effectively targeting the wants and needs of your prospect that all make sense.
