Melaleuca Business Tip: “Think For Yourself!”

MelaleucaCritical thinking skills are what separate the great Melaleuca marketing executives from the mediocre ones. It’s the difference between being wishy-washy and being thrilled with the results of your Melaleuca business.

A person with critical thinking skills is capable of breaking the boundaries, developing new and improved recruitment, sales, and marketing techniques. Most of all, developing your individual critical thinking skills will help you to avoid the fraud that is rampant in the overwhelming majority of the network marketing industry, and become a more successful Melaleuca distributor.

So how can you develop your critical thinking skills and help others do the same?

First of all, don’t babysit members of your Melaleuca organization, and don’t let anyone else babysit you, even your upline.

Do you remember when you were a little kid, and your mother told you, “Don’t do that, because…” She was trying to relay to you what her personal experiences had taught her; to protect you.

But you wanted to do it, so why would you listen to your mother?

In fact, it’s kind of fun to rebel and do your own thing, enjoy the little individualism and freedom you get as a child through disobedience. So you did it anyway, and boy did you ever learn! These kinds of lessons, those we learn from our personal experience, are those we never forget.

If you feel as though your upline simply isn’t giving you the information you need, and the marketing and sales techniques encouraged by Melaleuca aren’t working, it’s time to utilize those critical thinking skills and “rebel” against the parent company. At least when you make a mistake, it’s your error, and not one caused by fault corporate techniques and training. The best method for people to learn is by doing so from their own experiences and initiative.
