by reading Ann Sieg's FREE report,
"The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing."

The FREE report uncovers...

  • A proven and very powerful, (yet never talked-about) prospecting method that will have potential personal enrollees asking you about joining your Melaleuca organization instead of the other way around.
  • The one, simple reason why the Melaleuca products (Renew lotion, Envia shampoo, Nicole Miller cosmetics) will never "sell themselves," despite what your upline is telling you.
  • Why selling to your friends, family, and "warm-market" to accrue product points is NOT a realistic, long-term, explosive business building method.

Melaleuca The Wellness Company Prospects: Never Let Your Best Friend Date Them!

Melaleuca The Wellness CompanyThere is one more way to abuse your Melaleuca the wellness company prospect’s information besides a relentless assault of sales pitches…which is what I covered in my last post.

And like the constant sale pitch, you’ll want to avoid this type of abuse at all costs!

You should never ever sell or surrender your prospect’s information to anyone else. Other distributors and marketers would love access to your piles of flaming hot leads, but don’t let them, even if you’re offered a nice amount of cash.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I’d like to go back to the dating analogy for a quick second.

How do you think the person you’re seeing would feel if one night, you sent one of your siblings or friends to the date in place of yourself? Undoubtedly, they’d be a little peeved about your latest maneuver. And you’d have a lot of explaining and making up to do in order to re-gain the trust and credibility that you worked so hard to build.

Again, this example is almost a direct parallel of how you shouldn’t be treating your Melaleuca the wellness company prospects and potential customers.

You’re investing lots of time and energy into building a trustworthy and credible relationship with your prospect.

You’re doing a great job over-delivering and educating them about your Melaleuca cleaning products and opportunity.

You’ve noticed a nice line of communication developing, and there’s good dialogue occurring between the two of you.

Your positioning has worked perfectly and your prospect is starting to view you as a solution to their problem.

So why in the world would you even think of taking a wrecking ball to all of this by allowing someone else to buy their way into you and your prospect’s relationship?

What happens when your prospect is relentlessly bombarded with sales pitch after sales pitch by the person you sold their information to? And what happens when they turn around and sell your prospect’s info to someone else?

Suddenly, your prospect is drowning in complete garbage that they never asked to hear about. Remember, a sales message that isn’t anticipated, isn’t personal, isn’t beneficial, and isn’t relevant to your prospect is guaranteed to get ignored!

Like your date who had to put up with your substitute, I’m guessing they’ll be pretty pissed off when they discover you were responsible for the recent onslaught of unexpected, impersonal, and completely irrelevant “junk” they just got, because you couldn’t resist making a quick buck.

This will absolutely destroy your reputation.

Your prospects gave you permission to contact them, not anyone else.

Just like dating, it’s an exclusive relationship.

You might be thinking to yourself, “Well, who in their right mind would consider selling their prospect’s information?”

My answer would be a lot of people.

Millions upon millions of dollars trade hands each year in the personal data exchange industry. It’s a massive marketing opportunity for not only network marketers, but also for everyone else involved with sales.

If you want a quick, short-term moneymaker, then yes, by all means, pawn off your prospect’s contact information. Allow them to be exposed to other distributor’s sales messages and offers in exchange for an immediate “few dollars.” But like I said before, doing this will destroy your reputation very quickly.

If you want your Melaleuca business to be a stable, long-term, and successful one, then protect their information. Keep it private. Build a straightforward and honest relationship with them by providing anticipated, beneficial, and relevant content about Melaleuca the wellness company and their products.

In the long run, you’ll be more successful and make a lot more money if you follow this piece of advice.
